Continuous Delivery Retainers
Our Continuous Delivery Retainers (CD) give you priority access to our team through reserved, recurring bookings each month. This ensures we’re always available to focus on your product, delivering consistent, high-quality results, even during busy periods.
This is especially valuable once your initial Implementation project budget has been used. With a retainer in place:
- You can continue working with us without needing to approve a new Addendum for every new task.
- Your time is pre-booked, so we don’t have to consult the wider team’s schedule - work can begin right away.
- You avoid the risk of limited availability, where we may otherwise be fully booked for several weeks or months.
All Continuous Delivery plans include a 30% discount on retained resource time compared to standalone Addendums. This means a CD plan doesn’t just give you guaranteed access - it’s also the most cost-effective way to keep your product evolving.
Our Continuous Delivery Plans
All Continuous Delivery plans are set for a minimum term of 12 months, giving you ongoing, prioritized access to our team with guaranteed time allocated each month.
You may have agreed to a plan during the sales stage, ahead of your initial Implementation project. If, during or after Implementation, we find that the agreed plan isn’t sufficient to support your needs (such as repeated requests for additional Addendums), we’ll recommend upgrading your plan to ensure:
- You have enough retained hours to cover your ongoing development, support, and strategic needs
- We can allocate resources proactively, without risking delays
- You continue to receive the 30% discount included in all retainer plans
